Mabel's Labels: A review and a giveaway!

When I showed you what Macie's backpack looked like, one thing I noticed (and loved) was the fact it had a spot on both the backpack and lunchbox for her name. Normally, you would fll in her information with a Sharpie.

Sharpie in hand, I went to label her bags to prevent mix-ups or ultimately, it getting lost. But with the Sharpie in hand, I paused. Even knowing how I am about getting the girls brand new things and for the most part, get Zoa her new things instead of MJ's old things, I just could not bring myself to permanently label her backpack and lunchbox.

What if Zoa just loved it and wanted to use it? What if we decided to sell it? Would the Sharpie be able to come off?

So, when I saw Mabel's Labels and the opportunity for a review came up, I jumped on it. This seemed like the perfect solution...lables. Why didn't I think of that?

I received the Ultimate Back to School Combo Pack, which pretty much covers more than enough bases for your back to school labeling. You get so many labels!
  • 50 Tag Mates
  • 40 Skinny Minis
  • 16 Shoe Lables
  • 2 Teeny Tags
This is enough to label all your child's school supplies, clothing, backpack and lunchbox, as well as the containers for their lunchbox.

Once I confirmed my design, which, there are enough colors and designs to please any parent, I was excited to see how they worked. Macie and I put them the Teeny Tags on her bags, lined shoes with the shoe labels and labeled all her items she has coming home and back to school on a regular basis. I plan on sending the rest with her to label anything at school she thinks may get lost.

I must say, the shoe labels I was a bit skeptical about. We all know how hard seven year olds play and Macie is no exception. The stickers in the shoes lasted all week...with no problems and no signs of coming off!

The Teeny Tags are a perfect addition to her bags and can be seen from the outside...just attach them to the zipper. Voila!

I also labeled Macie's containers for her lunch. I was surprised to find they stayed stuck on the containers through a night of dish washing. No problems whatsoever.

I'm sold.

On top of that, Macie thinks she is pretty cool to have these labels.

Want 'em? You get get The Ultimate Back to School Combo from Mabel's Labels for $39.00. But hurry, this offer is only available until September 25. You can also view all of their products on their website. They also have a promotion until September 15...if you spend $80 at Mabel's Labels, you will receive a code for $25 from them. Details for that can be found and Mabel Moolah.

Wanna win it? Mabels' Labels graciously offered a giveaway for my readers! Up for grabs is a set of Skinny Minis...with the choice being completely yours of what you want it to look like!
